How it works
We jointly determine the scope of your project and interviewee profiles.
- In a remote workshop, you will work out customer-job hypotheses and the interviewee profile with us and get to know our approach.
- You will recruit the interviewees and coordinate the interview dates. Our standard offer includes 10 B2B or B2C customer interviews.
- Two Customer Progress Designers will lead the interviews and carry out the interview evaluation.
- The Lead Customer Progress Designer will lead the aggregation of the interviews and provide a valuation of the customer jobs found.
- You are invited to observe the process at any time.
- Interviews will be recorded and provided (with the consent of the test person.
- In another remote workshop, we will work with you on implementing the customer research results. With the help of The Wheel of Progress Transmission Canvas, you will come up with new value propositions, marketing and sales strategies.
