During a remote hands-on workshop, you and your team will learn our strategy development method – from setting the project scope to implementing the findings.
Using a mini-project, you will practice conducting jobs-to-be-done interviews, evaluating and summarizing the interview data, as well as evaluating and converting them into new value proposition and marketing strategies.
You will determine the project framework, recruit the interviewees, and coordinate the interview dates.
Together with a Customer Progress Designer, you and your team will conduct the interviews. The standard offer includes interviews with 6 consumers.
The results will be evaluated jointly and transferred into ideas for new value propositions and marketing strategy.
You and your team have an active role in every step of the project.
Each participant will receive an electronic copy of the 40-page Customer Progress Design handbook.
You can continue to use the tools and the process for new projects.
