How it works

Get started in structured customer interviews.

You recruit the interviewee yourself or simply through our partner agency (at extra cost).
You will receive an instruction into our interview and evaluation method.
Together with a coach, you will conduct the 45-minute interview at an agreed time.
Afterwards, together with the coach, you will evaluate the interview with the help of the The Wheel of Progress canvas.
For reference you will get a PDF of the Customer Progress Design Essentials handbook.
