How it works

With an expert at your side
- You recruit the interviewee yourself or simply through our partner agency (at extra cost).
- You will receive an instruction into our interview and evaluation method.
- Together with a coach, you will conduct the 45-minute interview at an agreed time.
- Afterwards, together with the coach, you will evaluate the interview with the help of the The Wheel of Progress canvas.
- For reference you will get a PDF of the Customer Progress Design Essentials handbook.
- You will get access to The Wheel of Progress interview template on Mural.
